These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of transportation services booked through the Just A Cruizin booking platform (the "Platform").

1Acceptance of Terms

By booking transportation, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2Entity Identification & Platform Disclosure

Transportation is provided by a licensed third-party motor carrier("Carrier"), such as Just A Cruizin or similar partners.

The Platform is proprietary booking technology used on behalf of the Carrier. The Platform does not operate vehicles, employ drivers, or provide transportation services.

3Payment Processing

Payments are processed using the Carrier's Square merchant account.

No authorization hold is placed at booking. Your card will be charged only if the trip activates and confirmation is sent via text and email.

4Crowd Activation Model

Some trips require a minimum passenger threshold.

If minimum is NOT met:

✗ No charge occurs
✗ Seat request expires automatically

If minimum IS met:

✓ Card is charged
✓ Booking becomes confirmed
✓ Confirmation sent via text/email

5Refunds & Cancellations

6Passenger Conduct & Cleaning Fee

A flat cleaning fee of $250 may be charged for biological incidents, excessive mess, or damage. Driver reports and photo/video documentation may be used as evidence.

The booking customer is responsible for all passengers in their group. See our Passenger Code of Conduct and Cleaning & Bio Incident Policy for full details.

7Right to Refuse Service & Departure Policy

Trips operate on a fixed schedule. Passengers must arrive before departure time. Boarding may close several minutes early at driver discretion.

Missing the bus constitutes a no-show with no refund.

Drivers may modify pickup locations, routes, or timing for safety or operational needs. Drivers retain final authority regarding boarding, safety decisions, and operational adjustments.

8Safety Conditions

Passengers assume ordinary risks of motorcoach travel. Follow all driver instructions at all times. See our Liability Waiver for full assumption of risk details.

9Force Majeure

Includes hurricanes, storms, flooding, government orders, venue closures, traffic incidents, and similar events beyond control. Just A Cruizin is not liable for failure to perform due to force majeure events.

10Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Platform liability is limited to fees paid. Carrier liability is governed by applicable transportation laws.

Passengers agree to indemnify Carrier and Platform against claims arising from misconduct or violations of these Terms.

11Governing Law

State of Florida. Venue: Volusia County, Florida.
