Passenger Liability Waiver

1Voluntary Participation & Acknowledgment

By booking a seat, boarding a vehicle, or participating in transportation services provided by Just A Cruizin ("Carrier"), you acknowledge that you are voluntarily choosing to participate in group transportation activities.

2Assumption of Risk

You understand that group transportation and event-related travel involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with ordinary participation in these activities.

3Release, Waiver, and Hold Harmless

• • Just A Cruizin (the licensed motor carrier)
• • BusBoss (the booking technology platform)
• • Their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, drivers, contractors, affiliates, and representatives

from any and all claims arising from ordinary negligence, including personal injury, property damage, wrongful death, economic loss, and any other claims.

This release applies to you and your heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin.

4Passenger Conduct & Indemnification

You agree to follow all driver instructions, safety requirements, and Terms of Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Carrier and Platform from claims arising from:

• • Your own actions or misconduct
• • Violation of policies or instructions
• • Damage caused by you or members of your group

5Medical Authorization

In an emergency where you are unable to provide consent, you authorize the Carrier to seek emergency medical assistance on your behalf.

You acknowledge that medical treatment decisions may be made in good faith for your safety and that you are solely responsible for any medical costs incurred.

6Electronic Signature & Acceptance

By checking the acknowledgment box or clicking "I Agree," you provide a legally binding electronic signature under:

Electronic acceptance is equivalent to a handwritten signature. The Carrier may store a timestamp, IP address, and version number.

7Minors

Passengers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian may acknowledge this waiver on behalf of a minor; however, Florida law may limit enforceability of waivers signed on behalf of minors.

8Operational Communications & Driver Authority

Drivers and operational staff may provide instructions, safety guidance, or trip information during transportation. These communications promote safety and do not modify, waive, or alter the terms of this waiver.

Drivers retain final authority regarding boarding decisions, safety requirements, and operational adjustments.

9Event Transportation Clause

The Carrier and Platform are not responsible for:

• • Venue policies, entry restrictions, or security procedures
• • Event delays, cancellations, or organizer changes
• • Pickup/drop-off changes required by law enforcement or venue staff
• • Crowd conditions, weather exposure, or venue-controlled environments

Operational adjustments due to venue requirements, public safety directives, or traffic control do not constitute a breach of service.

10Severability

If any provision of this waiver is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
