Rider Guidelines
Passenger Code of Conduct
We want every ride to be safe, fun, and comfortable for everyone on board. These are the ground rules that make that happen.
Effective Date: February 2026
Safety First
Our drivers have final authority over boarding, safety decisions, and all trip operations. Their job is to get everyone there and back safely โ please help them do that by following their instructions at all times.
Boarding & Schedule
Trips depart on schedule. Boarding may close before the posted departure time, so please arrive early.
Prohibited Items
The following are not allowed on any Just A Cruizin vehicle:
Passenger Behavior
While on board, please:
Alcohol & Event Trips
On trips where alcohol is permitted (most event shuttles), you are welcome to bring beverages on board โ no glass containers, please. That said, excessive intoxication may result in denied boarding. Our drivers make the call, and their decision is final.
Cleaning & Damage
We ask that you leave the bus the way you found it.
See our Cleaning & Bio Incident Policy for full details.
Right to Refuse Service
Our drivers may refuse boarding or remove any passenger who appears intoxicated beyond safe limits, is disruptive or threatening, or refuses to follow safety instructions. No refund will be issued when service is refused due to a violation of this code.
